We have established an Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code, article 49, guaranteeing total satisfaction with your purchases.
To exchange or return a product, the following conditions must be observed:
Deadline – The deadline to exchange or return a product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. Only after the company's request by e-mail should the product be sent to EROTES ONLINE for technical analysis.
State of the product – The product and its accessories must not show any signs of use. The merchandise, its packaging and labels must be in perfect condition, free from scratches, fraying, dirt, or damage of any kind. It must also be free of odors other than the original product (perfume or sweat, for example). Posters must not be wrinkled, scratched or damaged.
Product shipment – The product must be sent to EROTES ONLINE in its original packaging (including all labels) and must be accompanied by all accessories. In the case of posters, they must be returned with the proper certificates of originality and guarantee. The packaging must not be torn, dented or damaged in any way.
Technical analysis – The exchange of a product or, in the case of its return, reimbursement of the amount paid for it, will only be carried out after a careful technical analysis by the EROTES ONLINE team to verify the conditions of its general condition. This analysis may take up to 15 working days and may have 2 (two) results:
Compliant product – If the product's status is COMPLIANT – see PRODUCT STATUS, described above – we will exchange your product for another one available on our website. If the desired product is not available in stock, it can be replaced by another one of different models and sizes. If there is a difference in price, it is up to the customer to pay the difference in value.
Nonconforming product – If there is any indication of use or misuse of the product, or if the merchandise does not return intact – see PRODUCT STATUS, described above – the exchange request will not be accepted. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer at the delivery address registered on the website, and the customer will pay the respective shipping. There will be no refunds and the entire exchange or refund process will be cancelled.
Products that present problems after use (used products) – If the product has already been used and is defective, it is the case to activate the warranty given by the manufacturer. All products sold by EROTES ONLINE have their guarantees guaranteed by the manufacturer Red Panda, differing only in terms, from product to product. If you need any guidance in using your warranty, please have your order number ready when contacting us.
Order cancellations will be accepted with full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched. If they have already been shipped, we request that they be returned in their inviolate packaging and the refund will be made via bank deposit or store credit (please be sure to provide a deposit account when requested).

Upon detecting that your product falls under one of the reasonable reasons for exchange/return, please let us know through our contact page.
Delivery
Our products are unique, so most orders will be manufactured and shipped within 4-5 weeks of order confirmation. Any delays in production will be communicated.
We will ship the product to the address provided on our website. Our goal is to ship your orders in 2 to 7 business days once manufactured. From this stage on, the delivery time becomes the responsibility of the Post Office. Please allow at least 28 days to contact us about delivery issues.
We reserve the right not to be responsible for delays in delivery, the problem being partially or wholly the result of circumstances beyond our control. Remember that the application of international taxes is made in the destination country and is not covered by the amount shown on our website.
Upon receiving your products, we suggest that you check their integrity and contact us if the delivered products contain any problems or are missing products.
We are not responsible for losses caused by late deliveries or the result of breached orders.

Product Availability
If you are unable to submit an order placed on the website, you will be contacted as soon as possible. In this contact, we will offer the possibility of replacing the missing product with another one of equivalent value, or we will make a complete refund of the amount paid for the order on our website.
